Creating 4 ice spheres, our interlocking silicone ice mould is perfect for chilling your NIO Cocktails.
When crafting classic cocktails similar to NIO Cocktails, bartenders opt for larger pieces of ice - such as our XL Cube Ice Tray or more intricate ice spheres. A pro mixology tip: the large block of ice allows the cocktail to cool quickly, without watering down the cocktail. If the ice is too small, it will dilute the taste and the balance of the cocktail.
Italian designed and made in partnership with The Bars, this silicone ice mould has an interlocking closer that clicks the two pieces together. Fill with water through the holes at the top, and as the water freezes four spheres are formed.
The Sphere Ice Tray is dishwasher safe however we do recommend hand-washing to maintain its shape. Made in Italy.
