Double Dutch has spent theirs perfecting their mixers - tonics and sodas built with the same obsession, designed not to drown a drink but to lift it. Two makers, same instinct to get the craft right and leave nothing to chance. So when we sat our NIO cocktails next to a Double Dutch mixer, there wasn't much to discuss. The tequila serve found its soda. The bitter, citrus-led pour found its tonic. Four cocktails, four mixers, matched until each one turned into a long drink that tasted like it had been designed that way from the start. This is the first time we've ever put a mixer in the box. We weren't going to do it with anyone else. Pour over the spear ice. Top with the mixer. Meet the long drink you didn't know you were missing.
